It was established by Mr. S.M.M. Hameed (Founder & Chairman) in 1977 and now is run by the Board of Directors Mr. S.A. Kaleelur Rahman (Co-Founder), Mr. S.A.M. Thasleem (HR & Operation Director), Mr. H.M.M. Rizwan (Finance Director) & Mr. H.M.M. Imtiyaz (Purchasing Director).
